Hello dear geeks! I’ve got another SciFi Month update post today, as we get closer and closer to November (cue flailing)! Read on for more details on what we’ve got planned for you all…
Category: Dear Geeks…
We’re (coming) back, baby. Let’s go on another adventure, shall we? Excited? Curious? Confused? Read on for more!
The days are growing shorter, and with the arrival of autumn (despite what the weather might think) comes the arrival of SciFi Month in November! Here are some early details for curious/eager nerds…
Some news today, for all you fantasy nerds joining (or thinking of joining) us for a sixth Wyrd & Wonder adventure! I’ve had to sit on my hands to keep this post under wraps ALL MONTH because I’m so excited about it, but it’s finally time to share the schedule for my annual Wyrd & Wonder Read Along!
Hello dear geeks! It’s that time of year again, the time when your friendly neighbourhood fantasy nerds start teasing you with Wyrd & Wonder announcements and plans. First and foremost, of course, is THE RETURN OF WYRD & WONDER. For a sixth year!
We are two weeks away from November, and that means the good (space) ship SciFi Month is nearing the docks, to pick up this year’s crew for a brand new voyage! In order to keep nerdy appetites whetted, here’s a quick peek at what’s in store from this co-captain’s quarters…
So I promised this post a little while ago, and then life took the wheel and I almost forgot. But it’s here now – my schedule for our SciFi Month Readalong of Winter’s Orbit by Everina Maxwell! Check it out below.
Hello all! So. This summer has been a rough one, and I’ve let some dust gather as a result. But it’s time for opening windows, taking deep breaths of fresh air, and blowing off that dust, because our annual voyage known as SciFi Month is coming, and your nerdy co-captains imyril and I have got Plans. We’ve also got information, so let’s go over that!
So I am not here to talk about books, today. Today I’m telling a story of my own. Because I finally feel like I’m in the right place to tell it. PLEASE NOTE: This post will include non-graphic discussion of sexual and emotional abuse. I fully understand if, on account of this, you don’t wish to continue reading. Please take care of yourself first and foremost. With that said, let’s get a bit real in here.
So I can’t sit on this any longer, and it’s looking unlikely that I’ll have time to add anything to this list with only two and a half days left in the year. So it’s time to present the list of my absolute favourite reads of 2019! (In no particular order, because otherwise I’d be preparing this post ALL DAY and into the night…)
