Monday has returned, and it’s time for our band of intrepid fantasy adventurers to reconvene and share their loot from the first week’s Wyrd and Wonder foray!

This week I’ll be gathering up your collection of lists, recommendations and random treasure, while Ariana over at The Book Nook will be stepping in for a very busy imyril to share the reviews and make introductions by way of this year’s participant list. So let’s get to it!

Fantastic Fives: Moon flowers (lunar deities) – Time for Tales and Tea

Heather at Based on a True Story shared some of her favourite werewolf stories, as well as some underrated books she enjoyed for our Eclipse prompt; Starr at Pages and Procrastination also got in on the Eclipse prompt and put together a want-to-read list of books about the moon, but not as we know it; eclipses proved popular as Rachael aka The Green Tea Librarian also shared her favourite underrated books;

Starr and Rachael also dived into the Reflections prompt to share their favourite retellings;

Cast a Long Shadow was a popular prompt, as Starr, Rachael, imyril, Janette (Witchy Reading) Heather, Sia (Every Book a Doorway), Nicole (BookWyrm Knits), Lauren (Always Me), Jak (Lost in the Narrative) and Annemieke all got in on it;

Day 9 prompt, Half Moon in Aquarius, inspired Starr to share some stellar (I like puns, don’t hate) fantasy stories;

And Zezee With Books rounded up the first eight prompts into one handy-dandy post!

Keira at Keira’s Bookmark gave us a Beginner’s Guide to the World of Ilona Andrews;

Annemieke at A Dance With Books discussed bonded mates for Top Ten Tuesday;

Sia at Every Book a Doorway went moon-mad to bring us fantasy worlds with multiple moons;

and Tammy at Books, Bones & Buffy highlighted twelve upcoming fantasy books to get excited about!

RANDOM TREASURE – Lauren at Always Me brought us a Music Monday post on season 1 of Carnival Row, a pair of Friday 56 posts featuring Windfall by Rachel Caine and Under The Pendulum Sun by Jeanette Ng, a round-up of movies and TV shows she wants to watch, Books From the Backlog featuring Spirit Legacy by E.E. Holmes, and dived into the r/Fantasy Book Bingo Challenge!

Annemieke at A Dance With Books shared her reading journal for May;

Zezee With Books went on a research tangent for Fantasy With Friends;

Timy at the Queen’s Book Asylum brought us a new challenge – will you brave the Asylum?

And imyril turned our Half Moon in Aquarius challenge prompt into a round of astrological tag!
