Sci-Fi Month Mission Log: Week 4

November is over as I type this, and I can’t believe it’s been a month already, you guys. Everyone did fabulously, and I cannot thank you enough. Let’s look back at the final week’s reviews, read-alongs and interviews!

Arina at The Bookwyrm’s Guide to the Galaxy absolutely knocked it out of the park with five different author interviews and guest posts! Check them all out…

Mayri and imyril had to continue on in this readalong without me after Real Life and an unfortunate DNF decision forced me to bow out last week, but this week they reached the finale! Here are their thoughts on the conclusion of Golden Witchbreed:

That’s almost it for our Mission Log recaps, but look out for a quick round-up of posts from the last couple of days of November!

All Systems Read

One last thing: we mentioned a special announcement on Twitter a little bit ago, and here it is: Sci-Fi Month will return with a mini-event in April! For four days over the Easter weekend, we will host All Systems Read – a casual SF readathon, and the only “rule” is you get to choose a theme for your reading! Got a backlist you want to whittle down? A series you want to catch up on/finish? An author whose work you love or a subgenre you fly your nerdy flag for? Here’s a fun opportunity!

See you then…

  • Thank you so much for co-hosting this, Lisa… I’ve absolutely loved it – particularly this year! And I’m very aware that a huge amount of work goes into keeping a month-long event like this going. And yay for the April Readathon! I keep threatening to take part in one, but this time around – how can I resist when it’s sci fi AND I can CHOOSE exactly what themed reads I want to tackle??
